This unique masbaha exclusively handcrafted for Tanagra is part of the Monochromatics collection. Each piece combines specific shades of colour which aim to reflect the personality of its wearer. The colour:
The colour of sunshine, Yellow symbolizes freshness, joy, positive energy, optimism, and enlightment. The colour of life and nurturing nature, Green is associated with meanings of fertility, vitality, loyalty, harmony, calm and balance. About the Masbaha: Wether it is used as prayer beads or as a pastime, the masbaha is the expression of an antique tradition coming back to the dawn of time. Since IXth Century, its use spread through the whole Eastern Civilisation. The masbaha is a paradox, a « sacred » pastime. As an everyday life object, it is neither a jewel, an ornament, nor an accessory, but a play and talismanic object.
Each Mazlo masbaha is unique and carefully handmade in our Parisian studio. It can be used on a daily manner but their uniqueness makes them a gift of choice for lovers of exceptional objects and collectors. This unique masbaha is composed of : - 33 round-shaped serpentine beads - 2 wood separation beads - 1 minaret made of wood - a natural silk tassel combined with Swarovky crystals

About the brand

Mazlo is a jewellery house of Lebanese origin, established in Paris since 1977. Its origins date back to the fifteenth century, when the founder of the dynasty, Georgius Sayegh el-Mazloum left Lebanon to settle in Venice. Since the early-1970s, the house is based in Paris and headed by Robert Mazloum said "Mazlo."
